Privacy Policy

Cuelark is an invite-only tool that lets organizations plan, schedule and publish posts to the social accounts they connect. This policy explains what data we process and why.

Data we collect

• Account data: your name, email address and profile image from GitHub sign-in, or the email you were invited with.
• Connected social accounts: the account ID, name, handle and profile image, plus access and refresh tokens that the platform issues when you connect.
• Content you create: post text, media files you upload, schedules, labels and Studio designs.
• Operational data: delivery results, credit usage, audit logs of account actions, and IP address for security and rate limiting.

How we use it

• To publish the posts you schedule, only to the accounts and at the times you choose.
• To show you the status of each post and your organization's credit balance.
• To keep the service secure (authentication, abuse prevention, audit).

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or train AI models on it. We do not read or store your followers' data, messages or feeds.

Platform data

Data received from Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, YouTube (Google), LinkedIn, X and Bluesky is used only to publish content on your behalf and to show publishing status. Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Storage and security

Data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure. Platform tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and are never shown in the app. Media files are private and exposed to platforms only through short-lived signed links.

Retention and deletion

Disconnecting an account deletes its tokens. You can ask us to delete your account and all its data at any time — see Data deletion.

Sharing

We share data only with the social platforms you connect (to publish your posts) and with our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare). We disclose data if the law requires it.
