Remove a connected social account

• In Cuelark, open your organization → Channels → Disconnect on the account. Its access tokens are deleted immediately.
• You can also remove the app from the platform's own settings (for example Facebook → Settings → Apps and Websites). We then can no longer access the account.

Delete your Cuelark account and data

Email contact@cuelark.com from the address you use to sign in, with the subject "Delete my Cuelark data". We delete your account, connected-account tokens, uploaded media and posts within 30 days and confirm by email. Posts already published on social platforms must be removed on those platforms.
