By using Cuelark you agree to these terms. Access is by invitation; the operator may grant, limit or remove access at any time.
Your content and accounts
- You keep all rights to the content you create. You give us permission to store it and send it to the platforms you choose, only to provide the service.
- You must be authorized to manage every social account you connect, and you are responsible for what is published from it.
- You must follow the rules of each platform (for example the Meta Platform Terms, TikTok Terms, YouTube Terms of Service, LinkedIn and X policies).
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for spam, illegal content, harassment, impersonation, malware, or to break platform limits. We may suspend accounts that do.
Credits
Publishing uses credits held by your organization. Credits are assigned by the operator, have no cash value, and failed deliveries are refunded automatically.
Availability
The service is provided "as is". Platforms can change or limit their APIs, so we cannot guarantee that every post is published. We are not liable for indirect losses resulting from use of the service.
Termination
You can stop using the service and ask for deletion at any time. We may end access with or without notice.
